The Geological Society of the Philippines (GSP) uses Google Forms to improve updating of members' information.

While using the GSP Member's Information Update Form in Google Forms, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name ("Personal Information"). We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the services that GSP makes available for you. By using this Form, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance to the GSP policies.
Communications
We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, conference information, policy changes, and to send other information that you wish to receive as a member of the GSP. We will not share nor sell your data and information with any third parties unless you have granted us consent.
Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
