YWCA Mankato's mission is the elimination of racism and emPOWERment of women.

To further its mission, YWCA Mankato organizes an annual Women’s Leadership Conference that brings together hundreds of women to discuss women’s roles as leaders in business, the community, and family life.  

The conference hosts both nationally recognized speakers and local women. It explores the myriad definitions of a leader and invites each woman to discover her own leadership style and the kind of leader already within her.

This year's conference will be held on Friday, November 1, 2019 at the Mankato Civic Center.
