Please fill out this form to have your name listed in the graduation booklet.  Graduates must be in good standing to be listed. Please refer to our chapter Constitution on our website.

Phi Theta Kappa FC graduates will line up ON THE QUAD (wearing their purchased stole) in front of the library--separate from the other FC graduates. They will then be ushered to the field.

This is NOT a list for free gold stoles this year. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to provide stoles. They are available for purchase and discounts/sales may be available throughout the semester at PTK.org.
