The students / staffs of Academy of Technology (AOT) having genuine grievance relating to any kind of harassment should fill up the Grievance Redressal Form and then should be handed over to Prof. Sunil Samanta, Vice Chairman - Disciplinary Committee of the college. Upon receipt of the complaints with a genuine grievance and judging its merit, the Vice-Chairman - Disciplinary Committee may call on the student / staff for redressal of the same. This will develop a responsive attitude among all the students / staff and maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute. Prof. Samanta then convene a meeting  of "Grievance Redressal Cell" to consider the complaint & will act according to the decision of the cell. In case of dissatisfaction, the matter may be referred to Director/Chairman Trustee/BOG.
