Booth Operators acknowledgement and release of liability: *
The Arvada Harvest Festival Committee and Booth Space Chairman reserve the right to control or halt any activities of any operator for any violation of the rules and regulations of booth operations and to determine what booth rate an operator may qualify for. Food booths must list the foods that will be sold (ALL MENU ITEMS MUST BE APPROVED BY HARVEST FESTIVAL CHAIRMAN AND BOOTH CHAIRMAN.) and/or the merchandise for sale (NO KNIVES OR SILLY STRING), AND THE EQUIPMENT TO BE USED. Two hundred watts of electricity will be available during operating hours only at no cost; however, operators will need to bring their own 100 foot extension cord for hookups.
Additional electrical power is available with an ADDITIONAL WATTAGE SURCHARGE (see above). Only those items listed under use of booth will be allowed. All food booths are subject to Jefferson County Health Department permits and regulations. The Booth operators agree that they have read, understand and will comply with the application and website rules and regulations for booth space operations as evidenced by the operator’s name below.
All information in this form shall be deemed Proprietary Information and shall mean that information of any form or characteristic designated by the Arvada Junior Chamber Foundation, Inc., verbally or by writing, will be proprietary and/or confidential. Under this agreement the Proprietary Information shall be and remain the property of the Arvada Junior Chamber Foundation, Inc.
Operators concur that they have read and understand the rules and regulations outlined on the website and within this application, it is agreed that these rules are part of this contract and no other agreements whether verbal or written, implied or expressed, shall be binding upon the parties unless in writing and signed by the Chairman of the Arvada
Harvest Festival.
All vendors must utilize check in and check out. If vendors leave before being checked out you will not be invited back.
Absolutely no parking or driving will be allowed on the midway after 5:00 Friday or during any operating hours. no loading or tear down unless chairman has approved.
Food Vendors only:
All menus must be submitted with application, booth chairman and general chairman reserve the right to determine number of duplicate items if any. Soft drink sales (no alcoholic) are allowed.
Foods will be limited for likekind food specialty booths to avoid over duplication. Foods menus will be accepted on a first come first served basis with the postal date stamp.
