Application for NEW Courses Only for Accreditation at Lead level

Terms and Conditions:
(a) Applications are to be submitted by the due date as advertised in the PTC NSW website

(b) Provide a revised and updated application to PTC NSW within five (5) working days of receipt of feedback from the PTC Professional Learning Committee

(c) Provide a full list of participants no later than ten (10) working days after the event.

Applicants agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Non-compliant member associations will be deemed ineligible to submit further applications for endorsement of courses until all necessary information has been provided to PTC NSW
