In honor of 'May is Health and Fitness Month', Congressman Marc Veasey invites residents of Texas' 33rd Congressional District to learn how to plant their own garden and cook healthy meals during an interactive morning of healthy habit demonstrations by the American Heart Association and local volunteer Patsy Ray. The event is FREE and FAMILY FRIENDLY.
