The Advancement Foundation is a nonprofit organization that successfully leverages community resources to provide entrepreneurs support, connection, and solid business planning strategies.

The GAUNTLET is Virginia’s Largest Business Program and Competition. This year's Two-Track Curriculum will incorporate necessary training tools for both Main Street and High-Growth businesses. The Gauntlet is a comprehensive business development program. Entrepreneurs will participate in a weekly business training sessions, meet and network with successful entrepreneurs, fellow Gauntlet participants, mentors, and develop business strategies that provide a roadmap to success. Businesses must start or expand in Alleghany Highlands, Botetourt County, Roanoke City, Roanoke County, and/or the City of Salem.

Start Date: February 5th, 2019 from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Class Fee: $135.00 ($45.00 due February 5th, $45.00 due March 5th, and $45.00 due April 5th)
Competition Entry Fee: $100.00 (due April 16th)
