Inquiry in the Social Studies Classroom
The Illinois Social Sciences Standards are categorized into disciplinary concepts and inquiry skills that should be taught in tandem.  In this workshop, teachers will discover how to construct inquiry based learning, learn how to utilize a question generation technique to guide students in developing good questions and engage in inquiry activities they can use in their own classrooms.
