Getting Started with Daylight
BOLT has a new look! Learn how to navigate Daylight and get your course ready for the start of the semester. This workshop will include using Course Images as well as many new features that come with the Daylight Experience.

The Quizzing tool has been updated in BOLT. There are many new features including the ability to shuffle the order of questions. Learn about best practices and how to navigate the new look.

The Assignments tool has many features. Learn how to set up Assignments in your course, provide feedback to students and incorporate plagiarism detection and rubrics.
Discussions Tool in BOLT
Discussions can be a great tool to for collaboration or just to continue a discussion that was started in class. It can be restricted to groups and users have the ability to add video replies as well. Learn how to set up and use discussions in your course.
Respondus LockDown Browser & Monitor
Respondus LockDown Browser and Monitor can be used to provide an extra layer of quiz security. Learn how these tools work and how to set them up in BOLT.

You want to use video in your course, but what is the best tool for the job? Learn about the different video options available to you and how they can be used effectively in your courses. We will explore tools for online office hours, informational videos, etc. We will also look at how to integrate them into your courses.
Reporting/Statistics/Tracking Using Progress
We will explore the various tools in BOLT that provide you with course data. We will share some tips and tricks on how you can view student engagement in your course.
Synchronous Learning Tools
Learn about the various synchronous learning tools that are available. These tools can be used for activities such as online class meetings, group meetings/work and office hours.
TurningPoint Cloud (Clickers) - New Features
TurningPoint Cloud is the software that is used on campus for clickers. This session will provide an overview of TurningPoint Cloud and take a look at some updated features. New as well as experienced users are welcome at this session.

Awards Tool - New to BOLT!!!
The Awards Tool is a new addition to BOLT. It provides instructors with the opportunity to provide badges and certificates to students. In this session, we will provide an overview on how to use the Awards Tool in your courses.
