After reviewing all of the rules, please fill out application below. We expect heavy traffic for this event as it will be running at the same time as the Truth or Dare Affair 2.

APPLICATIONS will open the 1st of the month for the following month's event. You MUST apply each time to participate. Payment is due upon receipt.
