Why I'm doing this - in case you're curious....
Self-compassion has been a life changer for me. After many years of beating myself up, perfectionistic and people pleasing tendencies, I felt I was never going to be able to feel good enough. Being my own worst critic just wasn't working for me. (I'm guessing you can relate to this!) When I was introduced to self-compassion practices my world busted open and I've never been happier, felt more creative, or more secure in myself. I look forward to sharing more about this with you in the course!
