I assume all responsibility as captain and assure everyone on this roster is member of the Beloit College community (STUDENT, FACULTY, STAFF, or ALUM) and that each member of the team has signed the official team roster along with understanding the "Statement of Responsibility and Release For Participation in Intramural Sports" *
