Our preconference will be held on Friday February 9, 2018 and may be full day 9:00am - 4:00pm or a half day 1:00pm - 4:00pm.  See below for regular conference sessions day and time slots.

The annual conference programs standard set is: theater seating with a head table; a podium with microphone; table microphones and 1 floor microphone; an LCD projector with screen; a laptop computer with sound and wireless internet; personal laptops can be used but make sure you have your own video connector for the VGA projector.
