Rationality Retreat Interest Survey
I would like to organize a small scale rationality retreat. The idea is to get a smallish group of aspiring rationalists together for a few days to have fun, exchange ideas, become more rational, and basically do all of the things you can only do with a group of other rationalists.This could mean playing games, going hiking, practicing rationality techniques, cuddling or of course just having interesting discussions.

Many of the details are still up for debate, but for the sake of this survey assume the following event description:
Schedule:
Thursday afternoon/evening: Arrival, welcome session
Friday and Saturday: two (up to) two-hour sessions on each day for workshops/lectures/activities… organized unconference-style. Remaining time free to use however you like.
Sunday: closing session in the morning, then departure
Up to 20 participants.
Remote location, with simple sleeping accommodations (mostly air mattresses and sleeping bags)
Meals cooked by participants

What is a price range (in €) you would feel comfortable/happy with paying to attend such an event? (including room and board, not including travel costs) *
Imagine that such an event is announced for 4th Oct to 7th Oct 2018, with a ticket price in the range you specified, at a location that is within one hour of public transit travel time of Cologne central station. Would you sign up? *
Although there's generally a lot of professed interest in events, actual signup numbers are of course much lower. I'm trying to estimate here how many signups I can actually expect if I announce a rationality retreat ~2 months in advance.
If you answered "No" to the last question, or were hesitant to answer "Yes", what is/are the main reason/reasons.
Which questions and concerns would you want to have addressed before you decide to sign up? Ideally, provide a list, such that if all of those items were addressed to your satisfaction, you would sign up.
What would you expect/want from such an event?
