If you are contemplating enrolling your year 6 child at another school for year 7 in 2018, could you please complete this form?  Although we would be sad to see your child leave the school, we understand that parents will make this decision for a host of reasons and we are keen to understand them.  We would also like to get an accurate picture, as early as possible, of our student levels for 2018.  This will allow us to advertise free spaces and to staff the school correctly for the next year.
