Hey there ARTIST!

Thank you so much for your interest in being a  2018 LIVE VISUAL ARTIST for the 5th Annual Soulshine Farm Music Festival located in beautiful Green Mountain, NC. Soulshine Farm Music Festival is proud to feature hard working artist folks like yourself, throughout the festival weekend to display and create your art form in full view of festival goers. Whether, it be live paint on canvas at the stages, cutting gemstones, flow arts, weaving/sewing onsite, or blacksmithing onsite, your energy, artwork and canvases help make Soulshine even more magical to all who attend. That being said, we appreciate you putting your mark on our world, one Soulshine at a time.

As an act of artist community support, we here at Soulshine Farm Music Festival would like to offer Approved/Confirmed Artists; (1) complimentary, designated 10'x10' space to set up a display/vending tent ( you must supply your own tent and hardware), (2) staff tickets, for you and one helper,  and space* to display your artwork in our Art Barn Gallery. All Live Visual Artists are required to include artwork in the Art Barn Gallery. The Art Barn Gallery has electric access, you just need to supply your own lighting/cords. However, there will be limited electric access for your booth, so plan accordingly with low watt CFL lights and/or possibly alternative lighting (battery) if electric becomes spotty. Booth placement is at the discretion of Soulshine Farm Music Festival promoters. Primitive camping and free parking are included. If you intend on camping with your vehicle, please purchase a RV/CAR Camping pass, and if you are needing additional staff tickets, you can purchase for the discounted price of $85 each (limit 2) here,  https://www.soulshinefarmfest.com/tickets-info.html .  

All Artists must be pre-approved before painting/creating at Soulshine Farm Music Festival. Approved Artists will receive a 2018 LIVE VISUAL ARTIST laminate to be worn during the festival. This DOES NOT entitle you to hospitality food/beverages. Please plan accordingly.

Festival dates this year are August 9-11, 2018. Please submit this form before June 8, 2018 to be considered for a spot as a 2018 Soulshine Visual Live Artist. It is a quick turn around, so please fill out and submit soon. We have a limited amount of spaces to fill this year, so unfortunately, it's possible not all artists applicants will be accepted. Confirmations will be emailed out by June 15th, 2018.
