Club CoMo Tryout Form
In order to tryout for Club CoMo for the 2019 season, each player must complete 3 steps:

1. Go to www.hoavb.org and REGISTER as a player for this season. (Please leave the club as "undecided" when registering with HOA.  Upon completion of registration, you will be able to print out the 2018 HOA MEMBERSHIP CARD, which you MUST BRING TO TRYOUTS. Without this card, a player may not tryout.

2. Submit a complete Club CoMo Tryout Form online here.

3. Bring $10 TRYOUT FEE to Tryouts.
