This two week boot-camp style camp will focus on improving flexibility, strength, and stamina, which are essential to performing at optimum levels and decreasing injuries
$75 for 2 days per week, $100 for 3 days per week.
Classes held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for 2 weeks.
