We the undersigned urge Barclays Bank to reconsider closing the last bank in Gatley. Barclays claims to have a "commitment to face-to-face banking" and yet is happy to make customers travel to Cheadle, Didsbury or Stockport for banking services and to lose the only cashpoint at that end of the village.

We ask Barclays to think again and see if there is some way to keep this branch open.
