This competition is open to all full-time post-secondary students in Hong Kong. ”Full-time students” refer to students who enrolled in day-time courses, which normally require students to attend an acceptable institution for not less than 20 hours of academic instruction each week for 30 weeks or more in an academic year. Application is on a first-come-first-served basis.

Players must bring their student card to prove their student identity.
