Submission of this form indicates your willingness to participate during Penguicon 2017. Confirmation(s) or decline(s) of any panel(s) will be emailed to you once our Programming Team processes applications. If you do not hear from us by March 15th, please email programming@penguicon.org

Scheduling restrictions and/or requests will be taken into consideration, but final slotting depends on availability and date of submission.

In paragraph form please give a brief description of the panel, demonstration, workshop, or talk you will be providing.  Programming reserves the right to edit your description for spacing, corrections, or any other reason. If you do not have a description write, "Programming write description,"  and we'll write it for you!

All Panels are 50 minutes in length, including Set-Up/Take Down unless otherwise requested. We can not guarantee a longer length, but we will try to accommodate, if it's requested.
Panel Set-Up and Take-Down Length: *
Standard set-up/take-down time approximately 5 minutes before and after.
Time Preferences: *
Please describe any scheduling preferences, restrictions, or requirements.  Programming will take these into consideration, but can not guarantee a specific day or time slot due to overwhelming request for certain slots.       ***Please Note: After Dark Panels will not be scheduled prior to 9:00pm. *****
Will you require a projector or audio equipment for your panel or demo? *
Please note, projectors are limited, and choosing this option may limit the available time slots for your presentation.  Only click 'YES' if you plan to use the projector.  You are responsible for bringing any input devices, such as laptops, etc.
Are you open to additional speakers? *
Sometimes Guests of Honor, Featured Guests, or other participants wish to join in a panel or talk on some topics.  Are you welcome to such speakers joining you for your talk? (You will be notified by email if this occurs.)
Would you like monetary reimbursement for Material Costs? *
Each Track Head has a small budget to aid in costs for presentations. Would you like to be contacted about materials reimbursement? ****Please Note: Penguicon does not pay speakers fees and will not reimburse your registration, but we can aid in the cost of presentation materials.
