SDAND Speaker Bureau Matching Stipend Application
The South Dakota Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics (SDAND) will consider a matching stipend for speakers selected from the SDAND Speakers Bureau with preference to events above 50 attendees and those with ancillary health professionals as the audience.  

You will be notified within 4-6 weeks if your request has been accepted. Please request receipt of application by emailing eatrightsdand@gmail.com. Applications are considered based on available funds, with the fiscal year restarting in June. SDAND sponsorship must be recognized in your organization's marketing for this event and evaluations of the event must be sent to the association: eatrightsdand@gmail.com

3. Name of organization. *
4. Contact name and position in organization. *
5. Email address for contact. *
6. Name of speaker and topic selected from SDAND Speakers Bureau. Please contact the the speaker of your choice so you can verify their availability and research the travel fees. *
7. Requested matching stipend amount. This must be based on individual speaker fees and travel. SDAND stipends cannot exceed $250 and additional fees are the responsibility of the requesting party/organization of the event. An itemized budget is required (e.g. speaker fees, travel expenses, etc.). *
8. Name, email, and mailing address of treasurer of requesting organization. *
9. Approximate number of attendees at meeting. *
