I understand that by completing this form, I am obligating my student to ride a Franklin County Community School Corporation bus for primary transportation. Please complete one form for each student in order to be placed on a route for the first week of school. Changes made to your child's transportation plan after July 15, 2018 will not be made until the second week of school. TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE CHILD'S HOME ADDRESS MAY BE AVAILABLE ONLY IF THE BUS IS ALREADY TRAVELING PAST THAT ADDRESS.
