Training Course on "European Union" will be held between 9 and 15 June 2015, in Didim, Aydin under the project “Together-Enhancing Youth and CSOs political Culture and Democratic Participation” run by GSM-Youth Services Centre. The training course aims to bring the participants on a certain level of knowledge and understanding on EU, its political reforms, enlargement policies, approach and understanding of democracy as well as Turkey's accession process through a youth information dimension. In addition, during the training course, the EU funding opportunities for youth NGOs different from Erasmus+ program will be presented. The deadline for the applications is: 8 May 2015

Participation Criteria:
* be able to communicate in English fluently
* be a representative of a youth NGO
* be working in youth information field or be interested in working in youth information field
* be between 18 and 35 years old

Do not forget that the working language will be English! There will be no translation in any of the activities. Especially the training courses and good practices workshop will be realized by the trainers from Italy and Turkey with interactive methods. Therefore it is important that you are able to work in English not only to understand English but also to express opinions and to discuss in English.

“Together-Enhancing Youth and CSOs political Culture and Democratic Participation” aims to enhance the capacity of Turkish youth NGOs to get familiar with EU political legislation and implementation by fostering participation, democracy and transfer of factual and accurate information and experiences about them to young people.
