The airport of choice is Thurgood Marshall Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI). Attendees should refrain from using Reagan National airport in DC and/or Dulles airport in Virginia. (Getting from National or Dulles airport to Annapolis:  no direct path, time-consuming & expensive.)

The closest Amtrak station is the BWI Marshall Rail Station (http://www.bwiairport.com/en/travel/ground-transportation/trans/amtrak) which is adjacent to the airport.

NASEC conference hotel:  Crowne Plaza Annapolis

The hotel is not within walking distance to USNA.  It is within walking distance of several eateries and shopping.

Once at the conference hotel:  NASEC attendees will be transported by USNA buses between the conference hotel and the Naval Academy.

At 1:00 PM on Sunday, 13 Nov:   USNA buses will transport all NASEC attendees from the conference hotel to USNA.
