Thank you for filling out this anonymous survey.  This survey is very similar to a survey that was completed by the faculty of Overlake School.  The results were used to gauge the general knowledge of our community around copyright and to create a Best Practices Guide.  Please read the questions carefully, but do not over-think your answers; the survey should take no more than 5 minutes.  

Copyright law safeguards intellectual and creative products.  The term "fair use" in the questions below refers to fair use doctrine which uses four fair use factors to determine if a use is a permissible use of copyrighted material.
