Rules:
1) Only sheets shall be provided by the organizing team and rest of the materials including paints should be brought by participants themselves.
2) It is an individual event.
3) It is on spot competition
4) Topic will be given on the spot
5) 90 minutes shall be provided to create the artwork.
6) Any medium other than brush is allowed to be used. And anyone found using brushes would be disqualified immediately.
7) Further guidelines may be provided by the organizing committee on the day of the event if required.
8) Participants will be judged on the basis of creativity, innovation and design.
9) Decision of the judges will be final and binding.
