This form is an application to join Chennai Challenge's 2017 team.  Dates for the project are to be confirmed, but it will run for approximately 2-3 weeks in (or around) August 2017.  You must be available to travel to India during this time.

The Senior Project Leader for the 2017 Project will make decisions on who will be selected based on your answers from the section "Application", and the responses of your references.  DBS checks will be made after acceptance onto the team.

Please note that receipt of an application form does not guarantee a place on the team. Applications will be considered from 1st Jan 2017 until 1st March 2017.  Places are not offered on a first come first served basis, however we reserve the right to close applications early if we have filled the team before 1st March.  We therefore advise applying as soon as you can.

Communication with the team will primarily be via email.  You will need to provide a current email address that you regularly check. If you are unable to use email for any reason please advise us of this in the Additional Information section of this form.
