You are invited to take part in this study, which aims to investigate the status of homosexuals as a group in the British labor market. The reason for choosing homosexuals over the other identity groups is because this is a short dissertation (12 000 words) and thus requires a very specific focus. In the future I would be interested in examining all LGBT people.

I am a student studying for my MA in the Human Resource Management programme at the Leeds University of Leeds Business School. As a part of my dissertation, I am carrying out this survey to collect data and then analyse how sexual orientation influences labor market outcomes, by this I mean what kind of worklifegay peoplehavein the UK and what kinds of problems might be linked to homophobic discrimination..This study has no commercial value and the results will be used only for academic purposes.
