Canyons 2016 Registration
Please read all instructions carefully to make sure that you receive an accurate registration and price. The sign-up AND cancelation deadline is Friday, September 23rd, and the payment deadline is Monday, September 26th. The event will be held on Saturday, October 8th -- Sunday, October 9th.

You can only register one person with this form. If you wish to register your spouse or significant other, fill out a separate form, and if you wish for only one of you to be contacted about the event and/or to handle payment for the event, note this clearly in the Remarks section below. Please do not register for friends.  

Reminder, there is a ¥500 GAJET fee for this event (calculated at the end).

In addition, let us know how you will come to the event by filling out either the "By Car" or "By Train" in the arrival information below.

***If you don't arrive in time for your adventure tour, Canyons may be unable to reschedule or refund your money.***

If you wish to take advantage of free pickup by Canyons staff, let us know. You can arrive by either regular (local) trains at Minakami Station (on the JR Joetsu line) or by Shinkansen at Jomo-Kogen Station (JR Joetsu-Shinkansen line).

Agreement to Terms and Conditions
By typing your name in the box below and submitting your registration to Gunma AJET (GAJET), you agree to the following terms:

(1) If you fail to submit payment, in full, by September 26th, GAJET reserves the right to cancel your registration for this event. If cancelled after the withdrawal date, you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee.

(2) You may cancel your registration--without penalty--until September 23rd. Between the time you submit your payment and the payment deadline, GAJET may provide a partial refund in the amount of your original payment minus (a) any fees charged to us by our bank and (b) any cancellation, processing, or other fees charged by the event venues.

(3) You agree to release GAJET and any of its members from responsibility or liability for, but not limited to, injury, bodily harm, or death, which may arise from your travel to and from or participation in this event.  

(4) You agree to sign any release of liability forms or legal documents as requested by the event venues.
