Hi Friends, this is the first blog that I am publishing on here. I am facing lots of problems in using google business page (Google Business Listing). I want to share my personal experience with you about the google my business (Google Business Listing), how can Some User Destroy Your Business Details on Google Map and update wrong information on a google map without your information. I know that there are some grammar and English mistake in this article, but I will try to do best from my side. So want to tell you that how can anyone change your verified business details without your information. In this article, I have some images that is collected by me from the different business page.
My name is Pawan Sharma and I am working as an SEO Executive in Chandigarh. I have worked on lots of SEO projects, now I am working on google business listing. Now I am working for packer and mover business to promote this google business listing, they all only focus on the google my business listing. I am working on this project from 11 months. When I start work on this project I have no any experience about the Google My Business Listing. After 2-3 month I have completely understood about the google business page. I create a business page and verified by the google business postcard that I have received on my business address.
After 2-3 month my business details are changed. I am shocked, how could my business details changed after that I do correct them. After one week my business information changed again. Then I call to google my business team on 1800-419-0930. They forward a concern for the technical team and after 24 hours they call me and say that we blocked that user who change your information. After two week my business information changed completely like business name, category, address, business hours, my business and map marker location. Then again called to google business team they have forward same process and block that user. After that again business details changed and I again contact to google team, but they are doing the same process. In the end my business page has been suspended by Google.
Then again, I call the google business team, they forward the concern to google my business, technical team and they refused and email me and says that “your account and it looks like your business is not eligible for display on Google Maps per our quality guidelines” .
In the End I have called them and forward the concern to their team. Customer executives ask for the Store front pictures. I sent them all the right information about my business. In the last again, they refused and inform me that your page is not according our quality guidelines. I have asked them what kind of information is not to according your policy, but they did not give me a proper reason of my business page suspension. They inform me that you can create a new business page and work on it and we are unable to reinsert your suspended page.
Now I want to ask you to tell me one thing that Google my business (Google Business Listing) is correct or not. They can’t fix a normal issue of google my business. I want to ask the google team that block and email id is an solution of this issue. Many User creates a new mail id for the change business details. In my business page daily they block new email id again and again.
According to my knowledge Google my business is a worst product and service of google. You must aware before use this service of Google. Worst service and helpless google business team.
