VINES Community Garden Proposal Workshop Registration
To submit a Community Garden Proposal a "Garden Advocate" must attend VINES' mandatory Workshop on Saturday, January 26 from 10am - 12pm. The workshop will be held at United Presbyterian Church at 42 Chenango Street in Binghamton. This event is free to attend, but registration is required. Refreshments and snacks will be provided.
