Reckless & Ruined is book 2 in the Chicago War series. In true Bethany Kris style, this book is wonderful. It’s bloody, gritty, sad, it’s exciting and feels real. While reading this story, I felt what the characters were going through, hope, anxiety, stress, it’s all there. Not to mention, Bethany Kris is very good with the steamy sex scenes so that’s always a bonus. I give this book 5 stars with 4 hands down the pants and anxiously await book 3.
