2018-10-15:入管法違反の不法な労働は、外国人と雇用者は平等に処分される法律になっています。
雇用者を処分せずに外国人だけを処分するのは国際法違反です。
よって外国人は無罪です。ＩＣＣは国際法を守るべきだ！
拝啓、私は日本人です。日本政府は、北朝鮮政府の「日本人拉致問題」を今も追及しています。
日本政府は「外国人に対する不法な拉致監禁問題」を認めません。
「朝鮮人」の「被害者」はたくさんいます。「韓国政府」は日本政府を「追及」すべきです。
前日からの続きです。
中国人の入管法違反（資格外活動）事件
Ｌ社(株式会社レフコ）は２００８年秋、
日本に「留学中」の中国人４人に「仮の採用の契約」を出しました。
２００９年４月１日付で採用を予定した「雇用の契約書」です。
中国人４人は「入国管理局」に行き「在留資格の変更をする書類」を申請しました。
彼らは書類に「雇用の契約書」を「添付」した。
「留学」から「技術」や「人文・国際業務」変更書類です。
４人は「卒業見込み」の「書類を提出」し「在留資格申請」の「審査」に合格した。
「新しい在留資格付与」」の「葉書」が「入国管理局」より届いた。
中国人４人は２００９年３月卒業後、
卒業証書」を持って「入国管理局」へ行って「葉書」と引き換えに「パスポート」に「ビザ」を受けました。
しかし、Ｌ社は２００８年秋に発生したリーマンショックで
受注予定の仕事が激減したため卒業予定の中国人を２００９年４月１日付で採用しなかったのです。
「入国管理局」は「在留資格を与えた後」は「どこの会社でも働ける」と言われていた。
それで私は「入国管理局」に「入社の取り消し」の「連絡」をしていない。
中国人４人は、日本の景気が回復するのを待つため、
留学生時代にアルバイトで勤務していた居酒屋などで資格外の不法就労をしていた。
それで２０１０年５月に「入管法違反（資格外活動の不法就労）」の罪で「警視庁」に逮捕されのです。
しかし、中国人４人が勤務していた飲食店の「雇用責任者」はいずれも、
入管法73-2条で規定する「不法就労助長罪」で逮捕も処罰もされませんでした。
このメールは毎日「安倍首相の官邸」に送信しています。
「安倍首相」やスタッフはこれが理解できないのです。
日本が「法の下で統治されていない」重大な証拠です。
だから、日本は北朝鮮の「日本人拉致問題」を言う資格はないのです。
メディアの皆さん、この事実を正確に報道をしてください！
私はあなたが理解するまで続けます。
メディアは日本政府の入管法違反問題で「不法な拉致監禁問題」を報道すべきです。
各国政府は自国の被害者のを守ってください。
日本政府に名誉の回復と賠償を請求してください。
留学や観光、就労などのビザで来日した外国人はたくさんいます。
彼らは飲食店などで労働を行い「入管法違反」で「処分」されています。
雇用者が処分されないので国際法違反です。
よって不法就労をおこなった外国人は「無罪」です。
日本政府は「告訴」を「crush」ています。
しかし国家権力による「crush」は「Statute of limitations」の「停止」です。
