Part 1: CHS MST Magnet Program: Request Teacher Recommendations
As part of the MST Magnet admissions process, it's required that you get 4 recommendations to support your application.  

You'll need one recommendation each from your current English, math, and science teachers. If you've recently shifted sections, please ask for recommendations from the core teachers you've had for the bulk of the year, not your new core teachers. 

It's rare, but if you currently have the same teacher for both ELA and math, request only one recommendation from that current teacher, let's say English, and then request last year's math teacher to do the other. 

A required fourth recommendation can come from a teacher you've had previously, an elective teacher, a coach, or any other adult (other than a parent or relative) you think would give more support for your application. There is no differentiation in weighting of the four required recommendations; they are all equally important.

To begin the process of requesting recommendations, collect or make sure you have access to the correct email addresses for each of these individuals. Once you have those, fill out the following form.  If you've provided us with a correct email, this form will automatically email a recommendation request to the individuals you specify.  

Teachers in Camas use the firstname.lastname@camas.wednet.edu address. NOT the @csd117.org address, which is for students only.
