I loved this book! This held both main characters who presented strong amounts of personality and passion. I loved watching as the plot unraveled and the relationships between people were presented. This is definitely a book I would recommend, especially to those who like this genre. This has such an amazing story that I can't wait to read to the next one, full of a mix of heartbreak, betrayal, and love and I loved watching each new part towards how it was going to unfold. This story does end with a cliffhanger, however, it is only slight but still leads towards the next book in the series, pictured in the point of view of Elle and Henry. I don't know about the second book because I haven't read it yet, but I look forward to reading it and don't doubt the next one will be just as amazing. I loved this book!

Right from the beginning I enjoyed the banter between Hunter and Tassie, and how they both gave as good as they got. It was amusing and engaging as we followed their story. About half way through the gears shifted, with a more serious tone emerging as we became more familiar with their past.

I find that I don't as often enjoy college aged books anymore but this one had me turning pages quickly, chuckling to myself and eager to find out what happened next. An easy quick read with lots of "Smart tass" bits and a side of self realization and personal growth, ending with a heart warming conclusion and a small cliffhanger to wet your appetite for the next book and couple.

I really liked the story of Tass and Hunter. Tass is the smartest girl ever, and Hunter is the quarterback. they have to fake their whole relationship throughout college to get into the frat and sorority that they want to join.
All well and good, but however, they end up tangled with each other, and not actually hating each other funnily enough. I loved the banter back and forth!
I can't wait to read more!

Sooooo to be honest, this was an okay read for me. I enjoyed some parts more than some. I really do wish it was told in a POV style so that I could see Hunter’s view of this relationship and the deep ‘silent part’ of his character. It didn’t really show the full potential of his character. Even though there was bits and pieces that hints about the kind of person he really was... it didn’t really show the awesome person that I know the author was trying to put out. Knowing him a little bit more towards the end, shows that everyone needs a Hunter in their life.I genuinely do believe that there’s a lot missing in between some parts as I felt like it was very one sided mostly (meaning it was ‘mostly’ positive for Tassie though she does realise some of her behaviour later on wasn’t that great as well)... but I did like her ‘I’ve got a backbone attitude so don’t push it’... Tass was mostly an alright person. I wish she was also told more deeply and see into some missing pieces of things. No disrespect to the author because I’m pretty sure she interprets this story differently than I do. I love how far back the main characters go but again, I wish it was explored deeper as well. I thought the ending could have been given a little more oomph. I feel like halfway to the end was rushed a bit... I’m giving this at least a 3 and a 1/2 because there were some parts that made me laugh... made me love Hunter... made me sad for Tass(bullying with unknown reasons can really hurt people)... and just because I know this is one of the author’s hard work paid off by publishing!

The only thing, if any, I could put as a negative would be Tass only remembering the nasty times. I mean if she was just as bad, surely she’d remember?

Now in the same college,Tass is following the academic path and Hunter is a Jock into all things sport related ,one thing remains constant though is the teasing . To get into a sorority that she knows would please her mother Tass is tasked with making a Jock fall big time for her so she enlists the help of her tormentor Hunter , also to gain kudos with his fraternity Hunter has to seduce Tass and as she was still a virgin that would mean gaining extra points for the task . The problem is that both have deep feelings for one another and just when you think everything’s going to work out for them ,Tass overhears a conversation which leaves her totally devastated . It also becomes apparant just how much their bickering over the years has affected their families . As with all the other books it is well written with a great deal of humour and sass throughout , the main question is with all the angst & misunderstanding can theses two have a happy ending ? I think you can guess the answer to that 😉... At the end of this story it takes you nicely into book 2 .

Storyline-
Tass and Hunter have been next door neighbors since they were kids, he was her bully and she was the unattainable. Now they are both in the same college and maybe it’s time to grow up and either move on or get even.

Characters-
Tass is no shrinking violet she is a strong personality she just happens to be a nerd. She views Hunter as her bully from school but there have been softer moments between them that have always confused her.

Hunter is doing his best to hang onto his scholarship and make something of himself. His feeling for Tass have always been complicated but he’s sure of one thing, she is HIS.

My Love Hate Relationship.-
I loved the ‘different’ sort of nerd Mimi brought to the table and the scenes with Hunter’s puppy dog eyes were adorable. It was sweet and funny and everything you could want from a Romantic Comedy. I do wish there had been more sexy time but I totally understand why there wasn’t.

What a great, fun story. We've a super hot jock Hunter/Hunt and a spitfire nerd, Tass.
She always seems to need a quick come back when Hunters around to deal with his jibes, until they decide on a plan that will help them both accomplish what they desire.
Hunt was such a laugh and unfortunately a lot of the times at Tass' expense, at others he just was a riot and you just couldn't help loving him and Tass had to have great patience.
A story that will make you laugh, smile and just leave you with that happy, feel good feeling when it's over. I highly recommend it!
