【Intro to 2D Game Development】
2D Game Development course will help you present your programming and development skills through creating your own games, which demonstrates:

【Intro to Computer and Network Security】
Cyber security is quickly becoming one of the most important sectors in technology today and adds an impressive component to any technical resume or portfolio.
This course will introduce students to the required skills necessary to pursue Cyber Security competitions such as the National Cyber League: students are encouraged to join our CyberSecurity competition team.
We will also provide students with assistance organizing Cyber Security clubs on their own school campus.
Students will be given an introduction to the fundamental tools, information, and methodology needed to perform basic digital security operations.

【Web Development】
More and more colleges give students options with their personal websites to present their background, talents, or creativity.
Creating a website now is incredibly simple - design templates are everywhere, and you don't need to know any code to get it up and running. But if you want to make your website truly stand out, learning web design opens a world of possibilities.
Building your own unique website is a great portfolio project for  internship/business opportunities and demonstrates to show colleges that you have a genuine interest in computer science and technology.

【Introduction to Data Science】
Students will learn a complete methodology for approaching and solving problems using data and machine learning in the python programming language. This will build a strong foundation for students to pursue opportunities or internships in humanity research and science research areas such as bioinformatic research.

【Introduction to Android Development】
During the course, students will learn everything they need to begin designing and developing their own Android applications. Starting with computer science principles and programming basics in Java and continuing with layout design in XML followed by application programming in Java.
Taking this course will give students a Mobile Application to add to their github or programming project portfolios. This course will also prepare students for internships in Mobile Design, Java Programming, and Android Programming.

Ophir Silverman has a combined 6 years of industry experience in technology with 4 years of professional teaching. As a teacher, he was able to provide students with a fun, approachable, and practical introduction to programming of all kinds, from solving problems with Data Science to developing Mobile Applications, Websites, and Services.
Ophir strives to teach programming through relatable examples and to give students the skills they need to complete their own projects and land internships or professional opportunities. He enjoys producing music, designing software, and going on outdoor adventures with his beautiful fiance and daughter.
Ophir holds a BS in Computer Science and BA in Philosophy from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA.
