- PC - continue game - loading stuck at 90%

When attempting to continue game - loading stops at approx 90%

[Status] Updated - We believe we have addressed this issue for most of our players. If you are still experiencing this, please contact our Ubisoft Customer Support.



- PC - “Vista SP1 or higher required” error message when launching the game, even though the OS is Vista SP1 or higher.
[Status] In order to fix this, go to the game installation folder.
Right click the Watch_Dogs.exe and click Properties.
Click on the Compatibility tab.
Check the “Run this program in compatibility mode for” checkbox, and select Vista SP1, SP2 or Windows 7 in the list.



- PC - Graphics driver crash on AMD video cards:
[Status] You should make sure to install the Catalyst 14.4 drivers that fix this crash.
Please check AMD has released 14.4 on Vista, this may be an issue.

Not being able to download the game or being locked out of the loading screen

[Status] This issue is currently being investigated.



- PC - crash to desktop

When starting the game - the game crashes to desktop with an error code.

- PC - Frame rate stutter on high end GPU

Game stutters on ultra textures and other lower settings on certain hardware.

- PC - Crash when loading on SLI/Crossfire multi GPU systems

Game crashes when loading if using SLi / Crossfire linked multiple GPU's

[Status] Issue reported - updates to follow - possible unofficial workaround by disabling SLi or Crossfire.



- PC - Dolby Digital 5.1 not working

While playing the game, dolby digital 5.1 sound does not work - must switch to other source

- PC - Missing weapons/skills/progress

Weapons missing after dying in online match.

- PC - Cheaters/Exploits

It has come to our attention that many players have started using exploits to win multiplayer games. We are currently investigating this issue closely.
