Set was easy to put together. Some pieces needed to be glued for a tight fit. I have found that certain cars run on the track better than others. Small cars do not go around the track good. They tend to flit over. But the wider bigger cars go around the track best. Also the cars seem to go around better on the medium speed. Overall my 3 year old Grandson is having fun with it.
