Cancellation Policy:
- Full payments are non refundable after the 9th Of February.
- In case of a client cancelling his/her attendance & requesting a refund, we should be notified at least 7 days before the course start date, and 50% only of the amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation notification is done by emailing cv@careeradvancers.net.
- Payments are non refundable in case of no-show up.
- If a client wishes to cancel a confirmed training then it can be exchanged with a future course within the next 6 months.

About the Instructor:
- Radwa Elsheikh is an Organizational Development Consultant and Corporate Facilitator, with 14 years of corporate multinational experience. Her varied career includes: manufacturing excellence, strategic business development, project management, with a special focus in human resources management. The latter comprises of a solid practice of HR business partnership, recruitment & attraction, training facilitation & organizational development, performance management, manpower management (i.e. succession planning, internal mobilization & organizational structuring), in addition to leading and facilitating Strategy into Action exercises as part of human resources strategic planning for organizations.
Along with the corporate working experience, Radwa has a long history in carrying out, facilitating & designing development programs for youth and for different organizations (i.e. NGOs, educational organizations and youth movements).
