3) Review 5 thesis projects in the Thesis Library Digital Repository. Seeing examples can give you ideas and help you envision what your completed thesis may look like. Take notes about what you find.

2) Start a list of professors that may be potential thesis committee members. You should include professors you already know as well as professors that you found on the projects you looked at in the Thesis Library Digital Repository. Look these professors up in the ASU Directory and make notes about their research background and areas of interest.

• Do you know your Barrett Faculty Honors Advisor in your area(s) of interest? You can reach out to any of these professors, even if it is not in your major. These professors can be a great resource to talk through your ideas and get referrals to other professors.

1) Complete your Week 2 online reflection journal.

• How is the thesis valuable to me and my goals? What do professors get out of working with students on the honors thesis?
