Burn It Down 02:26
we talk in tv shows and stupid movie quotes no one knows how far id go just to tell the perfect joke the battle for convenience will never be stopping we buy our bread n milk from the glow in our pockets burn it down, durn it all down burn it down, burn it all down whats that churning in your stomach? social pressure or moral panic? say good bye to masculinity for all i try it makes no difference assimilate ? blind resistance ? if you quint now you'll see it crumbling (goodbye masculinity)
2.
we lean into comedy because we're terrified of everything we just talk and never speak because we're terrified of everything all this pride is killing me i am terrified of everything i still dont know why im yelling i am terrified of everything we try to open our eyes but instead we emptied our minds and i hope that one day it all stops do you mean life in general? or just the bad stuff?
3.
Bath Arms 02:26
purple trees line the street what an awful time of year you are so overjoyed and i cant find reason to cheer measure yourself against your own self the pressure is all yours let it fester and pick the scab off realise you do not own anything we are not without flaw but at least we're trying we are not without, when you read it condensed into a sentence it doesn't sound to much like anything so so spoilt (our) choices are endless but we really only ever practice complaining we are not without flaw but at least we're trying... i would of thought that you'd have given up by now surprise yourself find happiness somehow.

we killed the time but not the guilt maybe partying wont help mirrors on the ceiling a reflection of your face obsess over only you dictate every space, ive been making accommodations for you i am over accommodating for you this bedroom is not the room it once was the competition for who is the primary love, ive been making accommodations for you i am over accommodating for you we dont speak the same body language your movements repulse me recoil in your place of rest your face is always reeling, we killed the time but not the guilt maybe partying wont help.
5.
29er 02:35
ive never had so little in my whole life nothing but drive to burn out but when you work more than you sleep it turns you to dust and you start to float away get out get lost get out, i can count all of my friends on one hand but i can finally say i love all of them we will inherit all the bad behaviours and become shitty hybrids of our shitty parents get out get lost one day you'll be a boy percussive throb of a split head attacks the six chambers in your chest if it wasn't for the constant pain you would of swore that he had already left, get out get lost one day you'll be a boy.
6.
Pink & Blue 02:09
no friends no enemies no need to pretend the battle of blue n pink dream nightly of its end confused by demons of place and name always we are the same, a fine line which we all stumble between passion n hate separate politics from behaviour before you rage/debate confused by demons of place and name always we are the same, no ownership destroy all labels.

there was a room in the room there was a bed thats where you slept just down the hall got a phone call at about three am you needed a lounge to sleep on and i was your friend heavy hearts the next morning more anxious than awkward i didn't know it then but you'd done a horrible thing why would you go and do something so harmful like that for? no excuses for what you have done, and now you can't sleep there is shit all through the sheets you can't help but think did i have a hand in this? did i have a hand in this? yes i had a hand in this.
8.
Cardcastle 03:45
its august again what have i done with this year? lost a few more friends gained alot more fear at least we have each other please tell me we at least have that not without our own hurdles to jump somehow we cannot go back here in our little world in this bubble we create we tell ourselves we'll be ok but we wont and we are not we surround ourselves with things we like it helps us sleep but we wont and we are not head in the sand only leave the house at night here in our little world in this bubble we create we tell ourselves we'll be ok here in our little world we carefully orchestrate rose coloured glasses and blind hope for change, we are capable of deep thought and foresight but prefer systematic self destruction i dont know why im drawn to sabotage or why i paint myself into these corners, (blind hope for change blind hope for change blind hope for change)
