| | 1. Assist in the office daily administrative duties and provide administrative support to upper-level management to ensure efficient operation of the office. 2. Manage and maintain executive’s agenda and perform general office duties (incoming and outgoing correspondence, letters, memos, minutes of meetings, and reports) as instructed or required. 3. Draft and proofread wide variety of official documents, reports and correspondence for proper English grammar usage. 4. Prepare agendas and schedule for committees, board, and other meetings. 5. Record, compile, and distribute minutes of meeting 6. File and retrieve all sorts of documents and reports, and maintain the accuracy of the filing system 7. Answer incoming phone calls and assist them with their questions. Attend to office visitors and redirect them when appropriate. |
