Scottsdale Hand and Foot Spa is the place to be!!!
Chandler at the front desk is so attentive - I appreciate him so much!
I make an appointment once a month and Frank is my man! He does an incredible job and always puts up with my ideas and shape/style of my nails. I live in Gilbert and drive all the way up for Scottsdale Hand and Foot Spa!!

LOVE this place! The only place I've been to for the past year. Why?
1. The owner, Chandler, is on top of things. Making an appointment is such a breeze at this place
2. Great and friend nail techs. Frank is definitely my fave.
3. Plenty of options to choose from. Be it gel or dip, they have most, if not all, the OPI colors.
4. They can keep track of your fave colors, but remind them to put it in your profile.
5. They turned me on to hard gel, which is a game changer for me because I am hard on my nails. The hard gel can easily last for 3 weeks chip free and I get to choose from more options vs dip.

Today I arrived at my appointment, which was at 1:40 and I was exactly 4 minutes late and they gave my timeslot away to someone else.
The girl at the desk could care less and I didn't appreciate it. I guess they don't need my business
I generally go in every two weeks and get my nails done I treat my tech well in fact I had a Christmas check for her and generally tip her well
I value my clients, especially the ones who have been loyal to me, but that's just not how it is at this place
I own and operate a salon myself I do hair I would never consider not taking someone who was less than five minutes late. Very unprofessional

I really like my nail tech Amy, but she actually has nothing to do with the front desk unfortunately
I have never waited less than 10-15 minutes upon arrival and I always wait patiently!
But.... 4 minutes late and they won't take me!

We've been patronizing Scottsdale Mani Pedi for over 5 years now and the level of service has never changed. Chandler is so tuned in to each client's needs that he welcomes each of us BY NAME when we enter. He does this with every client and it does not go unnoticed.
My daughter Brittany is disabled and loves to get her mani and pedi every 2 weeks! At every single visit, Brittany is welcomed by name from multiple employees. Chandler is sure to have the Food channel playing on TV for her, as well as making sure Brittany feels safe and comfortable.
Our nail pros - Tony for me and Paula for Brittany - always show an enormous amount of attention and compassion toward us. They both always go above and beyond for my daughter, showing kindness to her throughout our visits. The whole salon engages Brittany each time we come in.

Update: Looks awful. Absolutely cringy. The gel is peeling.... it started getting air bubbles underneath which I've never seen before in the 10+ years I've been getting my nails done. It started peeling off the thumb by day 4 or 5?

I went in Sunday and got a gel pedicure with my daughter and my boyfriend got a regular pedicure. Was alright. They started doing my nails at the same time because they wanted to close early. I personally hate this- It makes it hard to enjoy either experience when being tugged at by both hands and feet.
The guy asked what pedicure and I told him #3- I watched my boyfriend get the same one but with a clay mask on his legs. The guy doing my pedicure looked over and realized he was missing some steps and caught me up with my boyfriend.
My daughter's 7 and her gel pedicure was subpar. Her toes look like they definitely need another coat but she's happy so it is what it is. But find it funny that they charge the same for an adult.
My boyfriend enjoyed his experience thoroughly.
I noticed that my socks have been catching on the pooled clear coat at my cuticles. I paid $20 extra for gel and $15 extra for chrome. The pedicure is a travesty but nothing near the manicure.
I went in with dip. Explained I liked thicker. Was taking a while to pick a color so she pushed a pearl color on me- I knew this cost more but said okay just to be done with it- Although she never told me it cost more.
I realize eventually she's putting white gel on my white dip manicure. I don't understand. She says it's to give me a "white white" color not an "off white". She asked me which I wanted and I'll be honest... I had no clue what she was asking me to choose between.
I then notice how poorly painted it is and how sloppy the dip is done. My heart sinks a little as I realize I'm paying more for these services and for extremely low quality results.
My nails were so bad, the girl at the front offered to comp them, which is the only reason why I gave 2 stars over 1.

I have been going to this nail salon for many years. They transitioned to new ownership a few years ago and it has GREATLY IMPROVED in organization, consistency, and they completed a beautiful remodel. All of the nail techs do an incredible job, they run on time, the owner is consistently friendly and accommodating. I am always pleased with how my nails look and know that if I wasn't, they would always make it right. I recommend them to friends and family all the time and all have always been so happy with their experience.

This salon always produces wonderful results whether it be gel/acrylic and it is super easy to make an appointment (Just text! They save your information for simplicity!). They even did my wedding nails to perfection!
After my regular nail technician left, I still wanted to come here because everyone is so nice and the owner so communicative and accommodating. This is definitely one of the best nail salon's in the valley. Come on down, you won't regret it.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
