Human Resources Internship - Part-time; 6 months contract

• Interested in starting and developing a career in HR within a multinational environment!
• Graduate or student, in Social Sciences or related fields
• Fluent English speaker
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Able to multitask, work independently and is well-organized
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep sense of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
• Proactive attitude and has a drive for results

• Ensure that all documents, reports and statements produced by HR are accurate and up to date (seniority, terminations, new hires, etc
• Provide HR administrative support as required (benefits administration, contracts are created, employee documents are filed, etc).
• Assist with recruiting and on-boarding process
• Update and administer employee and recruitment databases (absence management, Oracle HR, Brassring)
• Assists with the organization of various employee events

As a Human Resources intern, you will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment and develop your communication and interpersonal skills. This is a part-time role (4h/day), for a determined period of six months,
