The East End Partnership for Youth (EEPY) is proud to announce its 2018 conference, Building Healthy Communities: Advocating for Youth, which will be held March 21, 2018 at The Inn at East Wind. Group Rate & Student Rate for Registration

If you are registering three or more attendees at once (not including attendees registered through sponsorship packages), there is a discount of 10% for the total registration price. Please enter the promo code 2018GROUPR8 when asked at the top of the registration page. Later on, you will have the opportunity to add the additional registrants by name and information.
There is also a Student Rate, which will will be $50 throughout the registration period. Individuals registered at the Student Rate are NOT eligible for the group rate discount. A valid Student ID must be presented at check-in on 3/21/18.

Earn CEUs

4.5 Continuing Education Credits for Social Workers, CASACs, and Licensed Mental Health Counselors can be earned for this conference.  These credits will be authorized by Seafield Center, Inc.  Please fill out all appropriate information as you register so we can provide you with your credits at the end of the conference. 

Seafield Center, Inc. is recognized by the New York State Education Department's State Board for Social Work as an approved provider for continuing education hours for licensed social workers (#0070), a Department-approved Provider for Licensed Mental Health Counselors (# MHC-0108), as well as an OASAS Provider.
