My biggest dream is to live-Nicolas, 22-year-old,fights with a tumor!

On 9th of January 2017 I heard a diagnosis that sounded like a death sentence. When the doctor said that this was Ewing’s sarkoma (bone cancer), my entire life plans collapsed in one second. Such words as "non-operational” or "malicious” fell on me like "thunder from the blue sky”.The biopsy, turned out to be an operation which effects I can feel up to today.I need specialized rehabilitation. I had to give up my present life,took a health care leave at the university, with hope that one day I will return, and become a biologist with a specialization in medicine. I didn’t choose this specialization with no reason; I have been always interested in a healthy lifestyle and now I have to fight with a disease that I have studied a lot about. That’s why at the beginning I thought it was a bit ironic...I still sometimes can’t believe that it has happened to me. Thanks to the support of my family I haven't give up,and still fight and hope to win this battle.

I’m looking for a way, that will help not only me but also those who can feel that they are in the hopeless situation and can’t see a way out. At the moment, one of the only options is a very expensive treatment in a clinic in Mexico.The cost of it is about 100 thousand pounds for six weeks of therapy.I’m in the process of consultation. This method is called immunotherapy.

One survivor, who was treated this way is still alive today and healthy, once told me that the cancer is not a death sentence and I believe it.Today my only dream is simple- Just to live. Unfortunately, the treatment is very expensive and I can’t afford to go much further...I would like to live in the world where all known, natural land efficient methods of treatment would be available for everybody and I really believe that the more unconventional ways will be taken, the more real my vision can be in the future. It’s difficult to express how precious life is, especially when fear and death look into your eyes every day. My hope is sometimes destroyed by statistics or diagnosis but I try not to follow the fear.

My relatives have been supporting me for the past year now but our financial reserve is shorting down very quickly.That’s why I’m asking for your help. Even small support will give me a chance of a lifetime and if I manage to overcome my disease in an alternative way I will be able to help others by my experience and bitter but deep knowledge of the topic.
