Ocean Technology Summer School 2016

The University of Algarve is organizing the 2016 edition of the Ocean Technology Summer School that will take place in Faro from 13 to 17 June, 2016.

Building upon the experience of the OT2014 and OT2015 summer schools the current Ocean Technology summer school is designed to provide an integrated view of theoretical, numerical and experimental tools related to different areas and applications of ocean technology, such as instrumentation, observation techniques, modeling of coastal processes, underwater sound propagation, signal processing, bottom mapping and (this year) robotics. The school includes, as a fundamental component, a one day hands-on at sea.

Registration is open until 29th February (the number of attendees is limited to 20).
