Information Architecture
As a part of user research for My license app project, I have conducted user interviews and surveys and based on that research I have created this Information Architecture.
Moreover, I have also gone through best practices for applying for the driving license online on various platforms and also taken that into consideration while creating this Information architecture.

About My license app:
The app which aims to make process of applying and getting the driving license easier for people of India.Started this with ethnography and moved forward with interviews and survey of potential users. This user research led me to user stories, personas, empathy map, user scenarios and finally came up with information architecture of the same based on this results.
